Sauce Restaurant and Bar stepped up to the gluten-free plate during Tourism Victoria's first-ever Celiac Friendly Dine Around Campaign and triumphed! They ran with the concept and developed a dedicated menu of quality items made from scratch to welcome the gluten free every day of the year!
Sauce's Chefs sourced quality ingredients, set up colour-coded systems to prevent cross contamination and created such tantalizing concoctions that even regular diners order them!
